The Role
The Handy Person is responsible for carrying out general building maintenance duties in our impressive 40-storey hybrid hotel. This is a hands on role that includes in-room repairs, building and general maintenance.
Reporting to the Assistant Maintenance Manager, your key roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
- Carry out general building maintenance duties across our 40-storey building
- Undertake regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, conference rooms, restaurant, bar, plant and equipment
- Maintenance and cleanliness of all operating equipment, tools and workshop
- Take part in our building preventative maintenance program
- Report any Occupational Health & Safety matters immediately and follow up to ensure they are resolved
