About the Role:
Rydges Adelaide are looking for a Hotel Operations Manager role to organize and control the operations of all aspects of the hotel day to day running:
- directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
- planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities
- Showcase the property delivering memorable site visits and guest experiences
- observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations
- assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
- overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
