As an Operations Manager, you will be primarily responsible for providing support and coaching to Venue Managers within your portfolio to achieve targets, grow business, and drive people development within venues.
We are looking for an energetic and strategic thinking individual who wants to take the next step in their career. You will be a change agent, driving strategic initiatives within venues, as well as bringing your own fresh ideas to your team and the wider business.

Here's a taste of what you can expect in the role:
- Oversee venue operations across your portfolio.
- Provide support and coaching to leaders to achieve targets, grow business, and drive people development within venues.
- Monitor industry trends and identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Drive change and strategic initiatives within venues.
- Ensure service and presentation standards are maintained at all venues.
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Lead by example and build a safety conscious culture across all venues.
Now let's talk about you:
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop people, as well as impact and influence.
- Ability to lead teams through change, but also to inspire change and challenge the "status quo".
- Experience leading guest-facing teams.
- Solid understanding of the liquor and gaming legislation relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Proven business acumen, computer literacy and financial management capability.
- Driven to achieve through taking accountability for your teams' results.
- Interpersonal and people management skills including the ability to inspire and influence.
- Self starter with a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity.
- Strong understanding of multi-site operations and management (desirable).
- Flexibility to travel as required in the role.
