The roleCrown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the
Hotel Reservations team.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Working in a call centre environment where you will be handling an average of eighty calls per shift
- Assisting our guests to find the perfect accommodation for their stay with an in-depth knowledge of our Hotel properties across Melbourne, Perth and Sydney
- Flexible working from home options following a 6 month probationary period
About youYou'll bring the following:
- Established experience in hotel front office, reservations, call centre or travel agency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in learning new computer systems
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask
Additional InformationThis role requires:- Availability to work a 7 day rotational roster between the hours of 7am to midnight
- Ability to work in a pressured fast-paced call centre environment
- Polished communication and strong attention to detail
