About the role
Working in a fun and lively environment, The Superstar Reservations Agent will work a Tuesday to Saturday Roster (shifts may vary between 8am to 7pm) providing direct customer service to guests and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within the reservations department. This includes processing reservations, coordinating reservations, and capturing sales from incoming calls. The role works closely with Sales and Front Office teams to ensure the utmost accuracy of reservation functions.

A guest-service expert, with a keen eye for detail, with ability to work effectively under pressure. Your communication skills will be first class and you'll adore interacting with our guests. Naturally, your previous experience within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following:
- ability to process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by internal and external channels in a timely and friendly manner
- communicate relevant reservation information to all departments by utilising traces, alerts, VIP codes, comments and other Opera tools,
- ability to provide excellent guest- service experiences, ensuring reservations requests are communicated and followed up
- ensure thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities, rates, and promotions are maintained
- Understanding of IT applications: Opera, Micros and Microsoft products
