AddressProdigy Enterprises Pty. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Hotel Service Manager to cover a vacancy in one of our properties (Gloucester Motel).
About the role:
- Full - time job, working 5 days a week
- Allocation of duties and leadership of the Hotel Services team which includes the maintenance, groundskeeping, hospitality and housekeeping functions.
- Front Office duties such as check-in/check-out procedures, take payments, etc.
- Explaining and ensuring compliance with OHS regulations
- Keeping records of attendance and publishing rosters
- Responsible for the delivery of hospitality services in line with the expectations of guests and the owner
- Evaluating and reviewing customer feedback
- Settling grievances and potential issues from workers
About you:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- You must enjoy living remote and in a small community.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a passion for guiding and supporting a team with a diverse range of responsibilities.
- Experience in the establishing and maintaining of beneficial key stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
- Organised, able to manage and deliver on time.
