About the role
As a Hotel Services Assistant, you will report to the Hotel Services Supervisors and play a vital role in providing efficient and quality cleaning and kitchen services. Your responsibilities will include food preparation delivery, maintaining high cleaning standards, and ensuring customer and facility needs are met.
Terms and Conditions of Employment will be in line with Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Food Handlers Certificate I or higher or willingness to obtain within probationary period
- Experience in cleaning commercial areas or a Hospital (not essential)
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
- Understanding of food and domestic services principles
- Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
