We have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Services Manager to join our leadership team managing the environmental and catering services across both Peninsula Private Hospital and Linacre Private HospitalAbout the RoleIn this role there is an opportunity to review and create efficiencies, provide continuous improvements within the departments to deliver the hotel-level experience for our patients.Key responsibilities include managing the operational requirements including ensuring strict hygiene and infection control, auditing, and scheduling of cleaning requirements and ensuring OH&S standards for the department.You will make sure roster management is within activity needs and budget guidelines and provide team leadership and development to maintain a high performing service focused team.Your Skills and Experience
- Experience within a cleaning/hotel/catering management position ideally within hospitals or health care
- Experienced in rostering, purchasing and budgeting
- Knowledge of Infection control standards and cleaning requirements
- Tertiary qualification in management or significant experience in a leadership role
- Strong time management and ability to manage competing demands.
- Trade qualifications in commercial cookery or hospitality desirable
RemunerationOn offer is a full-time equivalent, annual salary ranging from $110,000 - $120,000 + superannuation based on qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.
