The role
The Design and Development team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.
The Project ManagerBuilding Services will have responsibility of managing Building Services through the lifecycle of the projects across Crown Resorts Melbourne Property. This role will work within the property design and development team to implement Building Services within development projects.
Key resonsabilities;
- Coordinate site activities and review contractor programs to ensure project requirements are met. Manage rectification works and conduct inspections for installation quality.
- Ensure team compliance through training and monitoring. Uphold health and safety responsibilities outlined in CrownSAFE guidelines.
- Prioritize personnel safety by adhering to health and safety requirements and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, along with experience working in project management of complex multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects.
- Previous experience in building or design related projects in the Entertainment/Hospitality Industry
- Experienced and technically competent with Building Services including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, vertical transportation and associated services.
