Quest Watergardens is a 86 room property located at 451 Kings Road, Taylors Lakes VIC 3038 in the north-west of Melbourne at the Watergardens Shopping Centre.  The property opened in April 2023 and is brand new facility designed to cater to both the corporate and leisure markets.

At Quest Watergardens we’re on the lookout for a new Housekeeper to join our team on a casual basis. Several positions are available.

The Role

Quest Watergardens’s housekeepers are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.

In particular, the role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments, conference facilities and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, friendly customer service, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety.  An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is highly regarded, but not essential.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
