Role Overview:As our Housekeeper/Reception Extraordinaire, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our apartments while also providing outstanding front desk service both on a part time basis equalling a full time roll for the right candiate. Your responsibilities will include:
Housekeeping: Performing cleaning duties to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and common areas.
Reception: Welcoming guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, responding to inquiries, and ensuring guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Administration: Assisting with administrative tasks such as reservations management, email correspondence, and maintaining guest records.
Requirements:
Prior experience in housekeeping and/or reception in a hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong English skills
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
