Hamilton Island is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Coordinator to deliver the highest possible service standards for its properties.
Hamilton Island Holiday Homes (HIHH) maintains 160 holiday let properties ranging from 2 bedroom apartments to luxury homes.

Your Role
- Be the central communication liaison for the housekeeping department
- Create daily task allocations for housekeeping staff
- Liaise with Front Office, Maintenance and department supervisors regarding room status and special requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times
- Promptly answer the main housekeeping office telephone in a positive friendly manner, passing on all requests to the relevant Housekeeping staff concerned
- Assist with the training, leading and rostering of housekeeping teams
About You
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Must have minimum 6-12 month experience in the same role in a 4-5* property
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong computer skills
Impeccable presentation
Excellent interpersonal skills
A current unrestricted driver's licence (Essential)
