NRMA Batemans Bay Holiday Resort is a waterfront haven with direct access to the sheltered waters of Corrigans Beach, this is a South Coast getaway filled with effortless fun. A great location for families with a lagoon-style swimming pool, mini golf course and free school holiday activities. The Resort is a 2 hour drive from Canberra or 4 hours from Sydney.
Job Description
Batemans Bay Holiday Resort currently has casual opportunities available for highly motivated and customer experience focused Housekeeping Attendants to join our team. We pride ourselves on excellent guest services and ensuring our guests have the best memorable holiday experience.
What you’ll do:
You will provide housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas to ensure the presentation of the property is of a consistent standard. A level of fitness is required to meet the physical demands of this role, as are a resilient and can-do attitude. On a daily basis you will:

• Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards.
• Linen changes, cleaning of rooms, replenish stock and recording of items in rooms.
• Working with a great team, but can also work autonomously.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring:

• A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
• Good time management and an eye for detail
• Previous Housekeeping experience
• An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations
• Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
