- Leadership skills to oversee and guide a team of housekeepers and cleaners.
- Maintain high-quality standards for our hotel and commercial clients.
- Develop and document efficient systems and procedures.
- Provide training to team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively with immediate managers.
- Generate monthly quality reports for hotel and commercial clients.
- Willingness to perform housekeeping and cleaning duties when required.
