We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and lead our high achieving team of housekeepingprofessionals!!!
Duties:
- Lead the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping team.
- Lead , motivate, train and develop all Housekeeping team members
- Uphold Pegasus Customer & Service standards to give the guest the best experience possible
- Organise and allocate rooms for rostered team members on shift
- Ensure appropriate chemical safety and OH&S standards are practiced and maintained to the highest standard.
Skills and experience
- Previous Housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel is preferred
- Housekeeping Supervisor looking to step up to Assistant Manager.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Reliable and flexible
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- A leader and a team player who is hands on to support their team.
