Hotel Kununurra is seeking enthusiastic and efficient Housekeeping Supervisor (full-time position available, 38hrs/week).
Our venue consists of a 45-room hotel, sports bar and restaurant for hotel guests and the community. Many of the up to 40 staff also live on-site and this is a very busy hotel to live, work, experience and explore the Kimberley region.
Key responsibilities & requirements:
Maintain Kimberley Accommodation cleanliness standards for both rooms and public areas and inspect them to ensure that standards are met;
Train staff in all aspects of housekeeping;
Administer guest satisfactions inspection procedures and reports;
Maintain key control and lost-and-found, and ensure staff are trained to follow correct procedures for both;
Carry out planned work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests;
Empower hotel staff to deliver great guest service by encouraging responsiveness to guest needs;
Personally demonstrate a commitment to guest service by responding promptly to guest needs with an interest and sincerity;
