AddressExmouth Escape Resort is currently looking for an experienced and service dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Team.
This is a CASUAL position with a view to PERMANENT for the right person after the prescribed probabationary period. The role consists of regular ongoing hours on a 2 weekly roster and is a great opportunity for the right person with the right experience who excels in thinking outside the box to provide and maintain the highest level of service across the Housekeeping Department at our Resort.

SUPERVISORROLE:
- Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
- You will possess proven leadership skills and have an excellent work ethic with a focus on providing outstanding service in order to meet guest standards and expectations and is able to prioritise tasks according to the needs of the team and the business
- We are looking for someone that holds a high level of knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace with a strong supervisory background
- Extensive leadership experience
- Previous experience in the Hospitality sector working a similar role for a large hotel or resort is desirable and highly sought after
- Ensuring that your team is cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms and hotel public areas to our highest standards.
- Training and mentoring your team.
- Planning and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping team.
- Inspecting all assigned areas to ensure standards are met and maintained.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure that the hotel is presented well.
- A professional attitude at all times
