Housekeeping Supervisor

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic housekeeping superstar ready to taken on a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Team!

Novotel Darwin CBD is a 140 room hotel, including a 90 seat restaurant, central atrium gardens with bar & two conference rooms. We are located in the heart of the CBD on the Esplanade overlooking the beautiful Darwin Harbour.

Your role:

• Assisting and reporting to the Housekeeping Manager
• Focusing on the training and development of Room Attendants
• Daily checking of guest rooms and designated staff areas, ensuring high levels of cleanliness are maintained according to Hotel standards
• Liaise with other departments and external suppliers
• Promoting a safe working environment 
• Physical work when required working in high pressure environments 

To be successful in this role you will have:

• High cleaning standards
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to achieve results in a fast paced environment
• Effective computer skills
• Experience in coordinating rosters and approving payroll 
• A passion for guest satisfaction
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
