Housekeeping Supervisor - Full Time Novotel Sydney West HQ The Housekeeping department at Novotel Sydney, West HQ have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Supervisor to join the team. $62K depending on skills and experience Work closer to home with flexible work hours Complimentary daily lunch Staff discounts across the precinct The day to day: Provide leadership, mentoring and training to the housekeeping team to achieve a cohesive and highly efficient team; deliver hands-on supervisory leadership; Daily allocations of rooms and duties; Ensure that Housekeeping benchmarks and standards are met; and Ensure team members are following safe equipment systems, using PPE when handling cleaning chemicals and ensure material safety data sheets (MDS) are accessible.
