Housekeeping Supervisors/Site Manager
- Managed the housekeeping team and worked closely with hotel management.
- Guest room in-stay & departure cleans, & maintaining common areas to a high standard with Covid Safety Compliance
- Ensure quality benchmarks are met in accordance with set brand standards & cleaning metrics
- Provide feedback on room conditions to the operation Manager, particularly in terms of areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain apartment standards
- Supervise and provide guidance, direction, and training to the Housekeeping team to ensure they meet standards and benchmarks
- Assist with the rostering for the Housekeeping team
- Ensure a smooth communication channel between the Housekeeping team and Front Office team
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager with housekeeping project work
This hands-on hybrid role supervises the housekeeping team and works alongside them in general housekeeping duties.
An excellent understanding of maintenance works, with a key focus an understanding of WHS requirements and correct lifting / bending techniques
Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with all Hotel team members and guests.
