We are currently seeking experienced and capable Housekeeping Team members to join our care team, at our Ashgrove facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to a high standard of work, whilst ensuring consideration is always made to our Residents.
Other required skills and attributes include:
- Competent in the use of cleaning equipment and correct chemicals by manufacturers’ instructions and procedures
- Housekeeping experience in an Aged Care or Hospital setting is advantageous.
- Ability to understand and apply Work Health Safety standards to internal work processes.
- A good level of communication skills, both verbal and written
- A good level of empathy and emotional intelligence to ensure Residents' needs are understood and supported.
- A good understanding of team coordination.
