Due to our continued growth Sodexo is seeking an experienced Property Housing Administrator to join our team in Wickham.

This is a full time, permanent position based in Wickham all applicants must be living and residing in the local area.

Reporting into the Housing Manager, the Property Housing Administrator will provide support to the Property Management team. Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting Customers and Clients
  • Attend to incoming inquiries
  • Key Management
  • Preparing and processing lease documents
  • Strong customer service skills

Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative in this role as we need to ensure all information and correspondence is accurate, professionally presented and meets legislation requirements. A current driver's license is required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with CRM or similar database management software desired
  • Previous Real Estate Experience or contract management experience highly regarded
  • Hold a valid Drivers License
