About this role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Front of House & Office Administrator to join our vibrant and enthusiastic Office Services team based in Perth. As a FOH & Office Administrator you will be one of the first points of contact for clients and visitors at Arup, providing an exceptional welcome to the office. You will also be a key contact for our Staff members, assisting them with a wide variety of requests. With access to a global community of FOH staff & Administrators, you will be able to collaborate with and learn from a team of experienced administration professionals.
What will I do?
- Greet all clients and visitors that enter the office with a polite and friendly demeanor.
- Encourage interaction and develop networks with Arup Staff members assisting them with security passes, company vehicles, resource bookings along with a variety of other requests. Support Staff engagement activities and work with the Committees and teams to influence a positive office environment.
- Maintain stationery, office, and kitchen supplies, liaise with suppliers and process invoices. Order catering for events and meetings. Set up and pack down event space/meeting rooms, provide support to the events team.
- Maintain meeting room, work, and kitchen spaces, ensuring that they meet our high standards for staff and client use. Work with building management and facilities teams ensuring the safe operation and cleanliness of our company's space.
- Review and manage the content of multiple Inboxes and and booking requests for resource calendars.
What will I bring?
- Relevant experience in a similar administration role, including a high level of competency using Microsoft office suite of tools.
- Ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people in both technical and non-technical environments.
- A desire to learn new systems and improve your technical skill set and have a willingness to share technical skills and knowledge.
- Be a motivated team member and positively influence team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines.
