Description

Reporting to HR Manager - Administrative Service you are responsible for HR administrative tasks for the HR Department, including the hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding employees.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain employee and HR organisational information in HRIS.
• Champion the employee experience and provide assistance to support the HR administrative and transactional processes.
• Assist with planning, analysis and interpreting data and creating HR report.
• HR related project work.

Profile

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar support focused role. You will possess;

• Completed or studying Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline;
• Proven experience in HR administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience maintaining and updating HRIS will be highly regarded.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
