Reporting to HR Manager - Administrative Service you are responsible for HR administrative tasks for the HR Department, including the hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain employee and HR organisational information in HRIS.
- Champion the employee experience and provide assistance to support the HR administrative and transactional processes.
- Assist with planning, analysis and interpreting data and creating HR report.
- HR related project work.
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar support focused role. You will possess;
- Completed or studying Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline;
- Proven experience in HR administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience maintaining and updating HRIS will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
