ACE Materials Handling are looking for an entry level graduate or experienced HR Administrator to join our close knit team on a full-time basis, based in our Darra office.
We are looking for a team member who can provide quality administrative support, enjoys a variety of tasks and has a positive can-do approach to tasks given. This role has a primary focus on recruitment activities and training needs for staff nationally, alongside general HR administrative support as required. This role has the opportunity for growth within the HR department, to take on other areas of HR related duties in support of the growing HR and organizational needs.
This role will see the successful applicant completing but not limited too, the following duties;
- Manage the internal staff training register, ensuring accurate maintenance and audit for required refresher training bookings required
- Book training courses
- Record keeping for employee qualifications and licences
- File maintenance e.g. scanning/saving/archiving
- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Shortlisting candidates for evaluation
- Coordinating interviews
- End-to-end recruitment activities
- Drafting HR documentation e.g. letters of offer, employee letters etc.
- Data entry
- Conduct general HR Administration to support the department workload
