About the Role:
WorkPac is currently looking for a skilled HR Administrator to join our client, a reputable company in the natural resources sector. This temporary DIDO position is for an initial 3-month period, based in Collinsville Open Cut. The work schedule involves 8-hour days on a 9-day fortnight. The selected candidate will play a vital role in various HR functions, particularly focusing on performance reviews, development plans, and the effective use of MS Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting payroll entries, including leave and overtime tracking
- Efficient data entry into various systems and spreadsheets
- Involvement in the recruitment process, encompassing candidate liaison, interview coordination, reference checks, and medical bookings
- Scanning, naming, and filing of documents
- Handling confidential documentation and information
- Performing other HR administrative duties as required
Skills and Responsibilities
- Previous experience in performance reviews and development plans
- Proficiency in MS Systems
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Experience in payroll entry, data entry, and recruitment processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
