About the role

Due to continued growth, we have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Human Resources administrator to join our Brisbane based team. This is a great opportunity for someone early on in their human resources career who is looking for an organisation to support them with the grow and development within their career.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Draft a range of employment documentation, including position and remuneration changes.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of HR documentation, including policies, procedures and forms.
• Assist in the development of plans and strategies for employee retention and recognition.
• Coordinate mandatory training requirements, including booking training, managing training records and reporting.
• Assist with the collection, collation and review of remuneration and benefits data to inform remuneration review and budget decisions.
• Manage and provide a timely response to all enquiries through the HR team generic email inboxes and calendars.
• Process express supplier payments and ensure monthly payments.
• Running and processing monthly system audits.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in a generalist administration or HR administrator role.
• Good communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships.
• Demonstrated high level ability to use computer IT systems including data base management, HRIS systems, MS Word and Excel.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline (desirable).
