About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and support our Head of People in managing HR admin for our growing hospitality group. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative components of the employee lifecycle across all our venues.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling trials and interviews
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of the current and upcoming applicant tracking system.
- Assist in the coordination of training programs throughout the organisation, scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation
- Maintain accurate employee profiles and records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide support and guidance as needed
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers and employees
- Help facilitate survey management - team performance and satisfaction surveys and mystery diner experiences
- Assist in building out LMS content and reporting on team performance
- Support the Head of People in various HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Managing sociability program for the group
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft
- Familiarity in HRIS or Employee Management System
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
