HR/Office Administrator
Joining our dynamic team at an automotive distributor startup, the HR/Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in overseeing HR functions and office management. Reporting directly to the Deputy Managing Director, this position is instrumental in maintaining a cohesive workplace culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for HR-related matters, fostering strong relationships within the team.
Cultivate and uphold the company culture, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Handle HR administration tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and general HR inquiries.
Conduct pre-payroll data reviews to ensure accuracy.
Provide additional administrative duties to support our growing needs.
Align office practices with the company vision and structure.
Supervise administrative functions like document control, correspondence, and reporting.
Handle general office duties such as phone calls, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate facilities management and assist with financial administration.
Offer executive support, manage meetings, and undertake special projects.
Support workplace safety and adhere to company values and policies.
Requirements:
Can-do attitude where no two days are the same. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with relevant qualifications.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in computer applications
Exceptional time management abilities to handle varied tasks efficiently.
