Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Casual HR Administrator, your key duties will include, but are not limited to:
- HR and Recruitment administration by posting jobs, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Support various administrative tasks throughout the Employee Life Cycle.
- Safeguard employee records with strict confidentiality.
- Aid in Onboarding Responsibilities, including printing ID Cards for new staff members.
- Handle scanning and filing responsibilities.
- Manage accurate data entry tasks.
- Assist in coordinating events for the Employee Culture Program.
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks aligned with the role.
To Be Successful in This Role: In addition to being a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, the following qualifications and qualities are crucial:
- Prior experience in HR Administration and Recruitment is highly advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to interact professionally and confidentially across all levels of the organization.
