HR Administrator
Temp with a possible extension | Full-Time/Part-time | North Brisbane | Start ASAP
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick start their HR career.
The Role
Our client is seeking a HR Administrator with strong administrative experience in HR ideally and is an aspiring HR professional looking to grow their career. Responsibilities will include:
- Undertake recruitment activities
- Maintain electronic HRIS records, personnel files, and update systems to ensure up to date status
- Assist with the maintenance of procedures, forms, and templates by reviewing and updating as directed
- Drafting contract agreement of employment terms
- Support the onboarding and induction of new employees
- Generate employment letters and contracts
- Data entry, reporting and collection of documents
- General HR administrative duties as required
- Preparation of employee related reports as required
You
You will require to have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an administrative role. Recent graduates will be considered as well.
The candidate will:
- Have an adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Similar experience in a HR Administration/Administrative role
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Enjoys the challenge of juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and pro-active attitude!
- Exceptional time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
