About the role

We are seeking candidates who are looking to further their HR career while working in a supportive and dynamic People and Culture team.

Using your extensive administrations skills, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR administrative support to the team with a focus on delivering excellent customer service to the business.

This position will support the team whilst gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of Human Resources processes and procedures.

This is a Max-term contract for 6 months, working Part-time hours. (ie. 4 days within school hours)

Flexible Working Arrangements to work from home and the office may be considered.


Duties

  • Providing exceptional administration support to the team as required.
  • Coordinating the Compliance process for our organisation.
  • Assisting in the coordination of Learning and Development Training across CatholicCare;
  • Manage cyclical communication processes and reporting.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a professional office environment with an interest in Human Resources.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • A demonstrated commitment to Customer Service, with excellent initiative and attention to detail
  • An ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Working With Children Check and Criminal History Check will be required for this role.

Experience in a Human Resources position will be highly regarded.
