About The Role
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department!
You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases, Recruitment, HR Projects and much more! Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner or is an experienced administrator who is super eager to learn.
What You’ll Do:
Administration of HR processes and activities.
Managing ad placement and liaise with line managers for all recruitment processes.
Maintenance of staff training records
Electronic and hard copy HR record keeping.
Review HR policies and procedures.
Administration of workers compensation claims.
Administration and support for recruitment processes.
Preparation of employment contracts and correspondence.
Assist with onboarding, induction and exit processes.
Providing general administrative support to the HR Manager.
Assist with the annual performance management administration.
Assist Talent Acquisition with end-to-end recruitment.
Update MHIAA policies and procedures ensuring consistent and up to date document management and data collection.

What You’ll Bring:
Full Australian working rights is essential.
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or Office Support
Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail with also an ability to prioritise important projects.
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
