About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team in Belmont. This is a Part Time role working from 8am-4pm and the successful applicant will report directly to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting compliance with company, legislative and statutory requirements
- Providing HR coaching, advice, policy and procedure interpretation to managers and employees
- Coordination of site based annual performance review processes
- Implementation of HR policies and documentation to remain current with legislation
- HR reporting and analytics
- Providing industrial and employee relations advice that aligns with policies, procedures, Modern Awards and Fair Work requirements.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for internal process improvement and developing systems and processes to ensure streamlined and efficient HR operations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Current experience in a similar role
- Australian legislation knowledge and business acumen
- Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office Suite
- Permanent work rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a full medical, drug and alcohol test
- Valid drivers licence
