HR Business Partner
We currently have a rare opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our People Experience team. This role plays a key part to Multicap’s transformational journey, partnering with our Group Shared Services Leaders and our Executive team.
This is a strategic partnering role based in Eight Mile Plains that will see you offering advice, support and coaching across the HR landscape including reporting/HR metrics and analysis, ER/IR management and development, and enabling the continuing improvement of culture and engagement.

As one of three HR Business Partners you will:
- Operate as a strategic partner and lead with data, to create improved business outcomes
- Building leadership capability by providing advice and coaching on ER/IR matter, development and organisational changes.
- Conduct investigations into breaches of policy and procedures, including managing responses on any matters referred to external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through coaching and consultation
- Work in partnership with other HR Centres of Excellence to support the execution of foundational people experience strategies
About you:
You’ll be an experienced HR Business Partner with the ability to forge meaningful relations at various levels within the business. You will have a passion to partner with areas of the business to understand pain points and use your expertise to develop leaders to manage business challenges.
- Possess tertiary level qualifications in Human Resources or Business
- Have the ability to manage relationships at all levels with a focus on business improvement
- Have contemporary knowledge on relevant industry standards and HR best practice trends
- Be a Wizz with Award and contractual interpretation
- Have current Australian employment law and industrial relations knowledge
- Hold a blue and yellow card or willing to obtain
