This exciting position will be offered at either the FL6 or FL7 level 10 day fortnight depending on your skills and experience.
Located in the Chief People Office, the HR Business Partnering team lead the delivery of a professional and contemporary advisory / consultancy service to departments to support the achievement of people management related business objectives.
Through a partnership model, the HR Business Partners (HRBP) provide high level support, advice and coaching to leaders and employees to facilitate local level resolution of people matters and enable leaders to grow their capability to effectively fulfil their people leadership responsibilities and develop a positive working culture.
Additionally, the HRBP provides expert advice in areas of employee engagement and wellbeing, workforce planning, change management and performance management.
