We have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Organisation team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will be Business Partnering with Technology, Clinical Services, Legal, Risk & Project teams within our Support Office.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR, this role will lead and coach a HR Business Partner who partners with our Supply Chain team.
The HR Business Partnering team is part of the wider People and Organisation team of around thirty-five including Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Reception.The role will deliver the HR agenda and initiatives within the business functions being supported. Working as part of a team of business focused partners with broad HR capability, strong customer focus and employee relations expertise. You will act as an agent of change, pro-actively bringing the people strategy to life.
You will have a natural ability to build relationships, coach and inspire managers to build their business leadership capabilities in line with the overall people strategy.Essential Skills
- Extensive experience Business Partnering
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with an in-depth knowledge of legislative requirements in order to provide guidance and advice to line managers
- Strong core HR knowledge, with a breadth of Employee relations experience
- Leadership & Management skills to be an effective manager for direct reports as well as other team members
