About the Role
In this role, you'll report to the HR Business Partnering Manager, collaborating closely with Regional and Area Managers. Your mandate will encompass delivering expert guidance, innovative solutions, and impactful coaching across all facets of HR within a geographically dispersed workforce, including Regional NSW. You'll be at the forefront of shaping people strategies and nurturing workplace culture.
Your responsibilities will extend to managing ER/IR cases, conducting thorough investigations, orchestrating succession plans, and empowering frontline managers with effective people management skills in a blue-collar environment.
About You
As the ideal candidate, you possess exceptional abilities to engage, influence, and coach effectively, coupled with a proactive mindset and adaptability to evolving workforce dynamics and business imperatives.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging your strong organisational and communication skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes seamlessly.
You bring to the table a tertiary qualification in HR or similar field, backed by substantial experience in HR generalist roles, particularly in liaising with unions and handling high-volume ER/IR issues. A valid driver's license and occasional travel readiness to regional NSW are essential, along with the ability to provide proof of Covid-19 immunisation.
