What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a true HR Business Partner who likes breadth in their role with the ability to partner closely with the business on operational and strategic initiatives!
The role would be perfect for someone who is looking for a role that allows them variety and the ability to work across the entire Employee Lifecyle. We can say that no day is the same and this role would allow you the opportunity to work across a range of brand-new initiatives and projects whilst partnering closely with business managers to assist them with a variety of people-related matters.
What will I be doing?
HR Best Practices and Support: This role will collaborate with business units to implement HR policies, support talent management, and enhance HR systems and processes for optimal organisational performance and compliance. You will also manage the production of HR reporting metrics including monthly HR Dashboard, KRI's and WGEA reporting.
Performance Management and Development: You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in performance management, providing support for employee development and improvement plans, and managing remuneration reviews to foster a culture of growth and accountability.
Employee Engagement and Relations: Lead on initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement through surveys and focus groups as well as provide advice and guidance on employment regulations and relevant award and agreement instruments and ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
HR Technology and Project Management: Utilise our HRIS for recording and reporting purposes, driving HR technology projects, and undertaking strategic initiatives directed by management to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Business Partnering: We work closely with our stakeholders, so it's very important that you will be a trusted advisor and will partner with our managers on supporting them with their needs.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in managing performance programs, providing coaching and support for employee development, and facilitating performance improvement plans.
- Experience in driving HR technology projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to manage HR reporting metrics.
- Previous experience in an end-to-end HR Business partner role.

- You have worked in financial services organisation or other highly regulated environments.

Our HQ is in Mascot where you'll receive discounted on-site parking, HQ based roles work on a hybrid model. Hybrid for us is 3 days a week onsite.
