Our client is a state government department that aims to create safe environments and empower communities for some of Queensland’s most vulnerable through learning opportunities and training.
An opportunity has come up for an experienced and process oriented professional to put together end to end recruitment process, policies, and mapping to facilitate the success and growth of this important State Government department.
In this role you will be developing the processes and templates for:
- Role creation and descriptions
- Recruitment documents, including offers, disciplinary declarations, guides, and credentialing checks
- Developing role profile library
- Onboarding documents and access forms
- Documenting the Springboard process
- Business process-oriented mindset
- Background in HR
- Demonstrated experience developing policy and procedures
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in a project environment
- Experience with Queensland Shared Services desired, but not mandatory
