About the role: HR & Compliance Administration Officer

Position Requirements:
The HR and Compliance Administration Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the College leadership with the development and maintenance of College policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
In addition, the HR and Compliance Administrative Officer also supports the HR Manager with assigned HR tasks within the HR Department, including recruitment and onboarding, to effectively support the College's workforce.
Duties include:
- Administer SCBC’s Policy and risk software (Complispace).
- Facilitate the contextualizing and updating of College policies and procedures, as part of a consultative review process involving key stakeholders.
- Publish policy updates on the Complispace platform and the College website where appropriate.
- Facilitate and administer staff professional learning on new policies and updates through CompliLearn.
- Facilitate the provision of supporting assurance processes within the College.
- Support in the recruitment process and onboarding of staff.
- Other duties in relation to risk and compliance as assigned by the Principal
Essential Criteria:
- To have a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ.
- To attend Church on a regular basis and model Christian beliefs, behaviour and practices.
- To accept the College’s Statement of Faith.
- Build co-operative and supportive relationships with the board, principal, staff, students and parents.
- Work to ensure personal best practice.
- Ensure that decision making is based on fact and is impartial and fair.
- Model the use of appropriate and proper channels of communication.
- Always act in the best interest of the College and its ethos.
- Working With Children Card.
