About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a challenging but rewarding role within Adult Community Corrections.
The duties are varied and involve case managing offenders, writing reports for sentencing and releasing authorities, and working alongside other stakeholders in the community for effective outcomes. If you are resilient, energetic and want a rewarding career where you can make a difference this may be the role for you.
As a Community Corrections Officer (CCO) you will report to the Team Leader and operate as part of the Region or Centre case management team. You will be responsible for case managing offenders and defendants (in accordance with Orders and appropriate standards).
No degree is required for this role and training will be provided.

Can you build rapport with people of various ages and backgrounds in a culturally appropriate manner?
Are you motivated and committed to work with people from a wide range of challenging situations and help them achieve their personal goals?
Can you work as part of a team, develop case management plans, assessment reports and provide advice to the Court and releasing authorities?
