Hr Coordinator - 6 Month Opportunity

Hi, I’m Raz, Amart’s HR Manager. I’d like to share with you a bit about this role. Reporting to myself, this role is an important part of our close-knit team.

Here’s what a normal week looks like…

• Administration of the HR Mailbox;
• Oversee the onboarding & offboarding process for all team members;
• Maintain weekly data reporting;
• Enhance your skillset with the guidance of the HRM in relation to Amart policies/procedures, employment/industrial relations, recruitment, training & development & safety;
• Provide advice to our Leaders on our HR policies & procedures;
• Support a variety of culture & engagement initiatives; &
• Work with the wider People team to meet objectives & deliver on commitments.

What makes an epic HR Coordinator?

• Tertiary qualifications in a related field;
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal); &
• A desire to learn new things!
