Description
Your new role:
Based at Coolaroo, this role requires you to leave from the depot each day and service customers on your designated run.
Your role requires you to collect waste from large bins on customer sites. You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet. You will be required to operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with company regulations, complete all paperwork and records accurately.
You need to be mind full that this role will require you to collect waste material - but you are backed by a fully supportive team.
Profile
About you
To be successful in the role, you will have the following:
- Must be available for an early morning starts (3am)
- A manual HR Licence with a clean driving record
- Zero Harm Safety mindset
- Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
- Customer orientated - you care about the customers you are meeting with and leave with them having a positive experience with you.
- Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
- Waste industry experience is not required but highly regarded
- You'll need a copy of a current license as proof of entitlement to undertake driving work in Australia.
- You'll undergo a police check and pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test
Job Offer
On offer is the opportunity to join a highly supportive team in a permanent position with the business. Your full time rate is $34.28 per hour and on top of this there is an early start allowance as well as after 3 months you can become a part of the driver incentive program that is offered.
There is opportunity to add to your wage with weekly O/T available on Saturdays. This is not mandatory but offered to everyone.
