About the role:

Here's your chance to join the vibrant People and Organisation team at Cannatrek—an innovative and rapidly expanding scale-up in the Medical Cannabis industry.

This unique chance will allow you to develop your career and to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse departments, contributing to the dynamic growth of our business!

Reporting into the Head of People and Organisation the HR graduate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the National Safety Committee
  • Writing and reviewing Policies and Procedures
  • Writing and developing SOPs
  • Assisting in Recruitment, screening candidates and reviewing CV's
  • Assisting the Learning and Development Specialist with L&D activities
  • Liaising across events and coordination in People and organisation such as Careers Day etc.
  • Back-end HR administration.
  • Covering Reception when required.

Requirements:

  • Current HR training and an undergraduate qualification necessary
  • Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail essential.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
