The role
This newly-created role is responsible for the administrative and clerical functions of the HR department, performing such tasks as maintaining personnel records, creating and updating employee handbooks, and developing employee orientation programs. you will also be assisting in completing HR projects as required. The breadth of this role will enable you to showcase or develop your HR skillset.

You will be assisting with the following activities:
- Providing support with recruitment administration including phone screening, booking of interviews and reference checking.
- Assist with talent acquisition and all associated documentation.
- Onboarding new starters with our external HR company.
- Follow up new employees for onboarding compliance of paperwork.
- Managing the administration component of role changes, transfers, and changes to conditions of employment and the performance review lifecycle.
- Assist in maintaining all HR records and files, including employee information.
- Assist in maintain all HR forms and templates.
- Update employee records and compliance information.
- Assist with internal HR queries.
- Understand employment legislation, compliance requirements and regulatory changes impacting the workforce.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support as required.
- Undertake a range of projects as requested.
About you:
Proven experience in HR, People & Culture, or a related field supported by a relevant qualification in Human Resources (or equivalent).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
