Position Overview:
As a HR Graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including employee experience and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals who will mentor and support you as you grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Bild onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Assist with organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Learn and navigate the interesting field of employee relations.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various initiatives and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practice; contribute innovative ideas to the team.

About you:
