This is an exciting opportunity for a permanent fully remote HR Manager to join an impressive and innovative global records and information management company for ANZ. In this position, you will be responsible for executing and efficiently delivering HR programs and plans in support of the business.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handling escalated queries from shared services teams
- End to end management of ER/IR
- Coaching Senior leaders on full gamut of an employee life cycle
- Handle CoE (Centre of Excellence) program execution and annual CoE cycles
- Succession planning, performance management, engagement and retention
- Change management
- Enterprise Agreement and Modern Awards interpretation (and negotiations)
- Reports on analysis and insights to senior business leaders
- Strong leadership capability especially, analysis and problem solving skills, great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Enterprise Agreement and Modern Award framework
- Ideally experience in a regional shared services organisation background
