The Role:
- Undertake assessments and provide relevant intervention
- Interventions will be carried out within the community and have a focus on evidence-based practice
- Liaison with families and other relevant stakeholders
- Providing treatment, guidance and education to individuals and their carers.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration)
- A passion for facilitating and enabling meaningful outcomes for people with disability and their families
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Current driver’s license and car
- Working with Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid training (or willingness to obtain these).
